Epic 250 mile cycle from Amsterdam to Dunkerque…

So, back from the Windmill Windup frisbee tournament in Amsterdam. And what a journey back ! We (Susie, Dave and I) cycled from Amsterdam down the North Sea Cycle route to Dunkerque. Amazing experience. But mental note to check the prevailing wind direction first – 250 miles into a south westerly gale force wind was …… hard work !

Back from holiday

Back from a lovely holiday visiting Sam and Dave in Lyon and then staying at Nate’s place in Coldigioco, Italy with the some of the Lady Lurve Paga team. Two beautiful wonderful places. Looking back at my diary the word that reoccurs most frequently is ‘inspirational’.
